Here’s a simple New Moon ritual you can try at home to tune in and align your intentions with the energy of the cosmos:

Light a candle, lay out a crystal or two — we love moonstone, clear quartz, or selenite — and take a few deep, conscious breaths. You don’t need a fancy altar — intention is everything.
